*keep ready balancesheet for audit period
*keep ready data of production,clearances,value,excise duty home consumption/export.
*keep ready dutypaying challan and cenvat envoice audit period.
*keep ready rg-1,pla,rg23-a,rg23-c
*copy of excise Reguisteration
*last audit report.
* detail any pending case,showcause notice
* keep ready All shifment proof copies
* Bond Register
*Ar-3 rewarehousing cerificate goods despach under Ct-3
*Detail of Job work challan,captive consumption etc.
* give full coperation to auditors while conductiong audit.
