17 June 2008 can u please tell me, which the AUDIT FEES provision section or notification in Income tax?

17 June 2008 there is no separate section for the allowance of Audit Fess under Income Tax Act and in my opinion Audit Fees will be deductible u/s. 37(1) as general deduction under the Head Business or Profession.
