05 June 2013 ihave read a resolved query answer by CA Priyank Singhi in early 2013 that one can do reg. college with CA Articleship after IPCC? He gave the answer 'YES'
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE according to ICAI guidelines or there is no risk doing it. Please advise, I am in the same boat regular student of final year, passed both group in Nov 2012 attempt, can't shift in correspondence as DU regular has semester system but open doesn't have. waiting to complete final yr to start Articleship. Please give me a way to short cut it

05 June 2013 As per icai rules student can pursue only one additional course during articleship duly intimating to ICAI through form 112

And as per icai rules student is expected to work in office in normal working hours of firm.

And you need to provide working hours of college and you have to take signature of principal of college on form 112 ,

ICAI will verify and if it is found that your college working hours ICAI may not grant permission to continue that course..as you should be in work in that time

however no objection to icai if your college hours closing to below 8.30am or after 6.30 am,,

or icai will not object any if your are doing distance course

if you you have done course even after rejection of approval of icai/ or pursued degree course with out intimating to icai it will be considered as breach of ca regulatons and student and member who allowed this will be punished accordingly
