Dear Sir,
I have completed 1 year of Article ship and looking forward for CA Final and have no intention to drop out, So can I apply for ATC certificate (Since there is a Rumor that u can only get ATC if u drop out from CA Final) I Have got Registered for IPCC both Groups & ATC at all levels.
So Can I apply for ATC now

You can apply for to the ATC. Such rumors are false. But in my case i requested to the ICAI after completion of my PCC and before completion of Articleship period but completed one year of Articleship the ICAI replied ATC will be allowed after completion of the Articleship Period. But there is no condition to drop from CA to get ATC. Keep in mind ICAI allows those who applied for ATC also doing CA then how it put the condition to drop from CA to get ATC.
