14 January 2011 Assesee has filed return online using software.
he has also created seperate block of Depreciation which was not allowed while processing of return. therefore dep. to that extent was disallowed.
Again Inimation was also not received by Assessee. Now Assesee has received demand notice from department.

Time limit for REVISED RETURN is also over.

What is the remedy to Issue.
