Assesee supply services in RCM, above 2 crores turnover, is he applicable to file Gstr9

17 January 2025 is it mandatory to file GSTR9, purely RCM spplies, where as turnover exceeded 2 Crores, but in GSTR9 there is no option of RCM turnover entry to HSN wise summery table please guide me

20 January 2025 The term aggregate turnover does not include inwards supplies on which RCM is payable but it includes outwards supplies on which RCM is payable by the recipeint so GSTR-09 will have to be filed
