As we know that a doctor can’t operate the operation of her family consent or any family members.
So under the advocate or CA Act Or CS Act is there any regulation that the advocate or CA or CS can appear to there consent authority if the case is of family members. Or Cannot make the notary of the documents of the family members or cannot appear in the litigation matters of the family members or CA cannot sign the B/s & P/L A/c of the family members.

As per CA Act A CA can not signe on the BS PL of his First blood relative (i.e. Relative specified in Income tax Act.)
