26 December 2009 As we know that a doctor can’t operate the operation of her family consent or any family members.
So under the advocate or CA Act Or CS Act is there any regulation that the advocate or CA or CS can appear to there consent authority if the case is of family members. Or Cannot make the notary of the documents of the family members or cannot appear in the litigation matters of the family members or CA cannot sign the B/s & P/L A/c of the family members.
