i am a registered article assistant in a firm of mumbai.
can i deposit"my stipend crossed account payee cheque" in my account of the state of rajasthan as i do already have a account there and it is my native place also ???
does institute allow such a transaction ???
do i have to face any problem regarding form no 108(certificate of service under articles)
reply asap...

You can deposit the cheque to any bank account of your choice. No problem at all.It will NOT create any problem at the time of filling 108.
