Method II : By Your Registration No.
This Link is not 100 % Working if you want to know your Personal Details Than first you can follow first method after open first method you can click on your Name than you will get your personal details (This Link is Not all time but first method link is 100% working)

Replace 0123456 with your registration no. Registration no is four types in India like CRO0123456, WRO0123456, SRO0123456 etc. So you can enter your registration and check articleship/Membership Details. You will receive registration no at the time of CPT Registration.
