Articleship registration letter

18 July 2012 I have completed the IPCC Level as on Nov 11.I have joined for the articleship as on 30th april 2012.I have submitted all required documents along with the articleship form as on 16th May 2012,but i have not yet received any confirmation letter from the Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India.What should i do?
