18 February 2015 Hello everyone.
My articleship completes on 20th february 2015 and I have got 4 months extension which Iam going to serve at my current employer.
My query is as follows:
- which form do I have to submit first? Form 107 or form 108?
- do I have to submit form 108 again after I complete my extension period?

Please reply fast. Its urgent.

ans 2 yes refile form 108 once u complete extention period.

18 February 2015 One of my friend completed his article ship last month. But he submitted form 108 first. And he adviced me to do the same.

18 February 2015 submit form 108 and form 107 for completion of artcileship but since u have extention so file form 107 and then after serving the extended period file form 108 again.

U mean I should submit only form 107 as of now and submit form 108 after completing extension period.
I.e. form 108 for 3yrs+extension period?

18 February 2015 What if I serve my extension with some other principal?
