I have submitted the form 108. Now I want to know that how to get Articleship Completion Certificate?

After due verification of your form 108 by ICAI it process articleship training completion after completion of this process ICAI shall send you articleship completion certificate to your communication address as per ICAI records it also sends a copy to your principle(employer) where you completed your articleship training.
