05 April 2011 hi,i have just cleared my ipcc group 1 of nov 2010 attempt with 210 marks and my group 2 exams are due in may 2011 for which i am preparing for.i haven,t registered for the articleship yet nor i know from where to do articleship.i want to give my exams first then start the same.suggest me from where i should take training.whether local or outside??.if i am getting the oppurtunity to get it from big 4,then wat should me my decision??will i be able to stand on their terms and qualify the interview and i am also doing bcom from du via correspondence.please advise

12 April 2011 You start your article ship from May end once your group two exams are over.

Joining big four is a good option. The only drawback is that they make you slog for days and months. One may find it difficult to adjust both work and studies. So consider this factor and take your decision. All the best
