20 November 2014 Respected Sir,
Can we give a gap in articleship for 6 month to 1 year and if yes then how it will be possible.
And if there is no such rules then can we terminate our articleship and after certain time can we start it again with previous period included in our articleship which we terminated before.
I need a urgent information. I will be highly oblidge for the any information regarding this matter.

20 November 2014 yes u can terminate in between but such period not worked as article shall not be allowed as being served for articleship and u can do by filling form 108 and then restarting for articleship in form 102 n 103

20 November 2014 The rejoin can be done under any other CA or the same CA and when the Articleship is completed for more than a year. Is there any limits in which the person should rejoin the articleship.

20 November 2014 it can be done with other ca but if 1 year is complete then only for those reasons which are specified transfer shall be allowed

20 November 2014 what Tushar means is that if you have completed 1 year of articleship, transfer is restricted to reasons covered in regulation 56(1). except for the reasons covered therein, transfer is not allowed
