23 July 2011 Yes it does matter some time. See the main thing and requirement of training is proper exposure and work.

SO if u r getting gud exposure in a small firm then gud...otherwise u should try for a firm with good exposure.

23 July 2011 Exposure during CA training may include on the job (o n location) practical Audit work, income tax work and filing etc.

25 July 2011 You should get Exposure both on audit, direct tax and other areas which are required in the day to day affairs of a C.A. If you are getting this in small firm I think it is good for you and it does not matter abut the size of the firm.
