08 June 2012 frend i have taken all ready 2 transfer .due to financial problem i want to take 3 artical transfer which i can not avoide. i can do so ?

09 June 2012 normally ICAI won'tr allow , but still you can try your luck with your conditions that warrants transfer,

icai may permit if they are sure that transfer is unavoidable

06 July 2012 under above case due to my accident i am really un fit for 3 month can i take transfer & my present office is having huge work load & our sir is allwayes shouting & disurage me my position is as typist can take transfer on the bases of unfit certificat . iam doing work for which no boady work as zerox , typing my artical will over on such situvation shoude i take transfer. e
