03 September 2011 Is it possible to pass CA Final without the help of coaching classes? Doea anyone know of people who have cleared CA Final without coaching classes. Than is relying entirely on the module, notes from some class and textbooks. Also how much time would be required for each subject?

To take coaching or not for Study depends on individuals......
.i never take coaching for my exams ,still get cleared it....but this do not mean that it is not required...they are some good coaching centers which provide "ready to cook "like recipe for passing ca exams.....they provide full knowledge to the candidate which are essential for passing exams....they know the pattern ,tricks...expected format of questions.....this will help a lot to an average student who does not want to put extra efforts in studying.

u dare to think abt self study ,only u feel that without any professional guidance u can crack it...

relying on the module, notes , textbooks is good ..if u can understand the concept by own or discussion with friends
in my case most of my friends were taking coaching , in case of doubt i consulted with them.....

after all coaching does not mean that u dont have to put ur own efforts ...they just guide in right direction...

so think by urself and judge ur own potentials and then decide for self study or coaching..
