07 February 2013 a person age is 75 years. Can we appoint him as whole-time director on listed company with some remuneration ?

Yes, You can do so, where such appointment is approved by a special resolution passed by the company in general meeting as pper Schedule XIII Part I and no further approval of the Central Government shall be necessary for such appointment.
