05 January 2013 Is it possible to appoint md, chairman, executive director before obtaining commencement of business of company??
Does commencement of business certificate affects the procedure for their appointment???

You can appoint MD/chairman/executive director before obtaining COB. The Act does not impose any restriction for this. Please check, what your company's articles says on this.
