05 May 2015 I am Chartered Accountant Working Full Time in XYZ P Ltd. associate of ABC Ltd (Listed in CSE). and not holding COP, can I be appointed as Internal Auditor of ABC Ltd. as per the requirement of Companies Act 2013? Please Advise.
