Dear Experts,

There is one section 8 comapny with capital of 1 lac and 2 directors. Directo wishes to be appointed as CEO and His wife(director) as CFO. I want to know that do we need to file any forms with ROC for that? becoz KMP is not applicable to them. So a Board resolution is sufficient?
