If in an AGM ratification of appointment of auditor is not done... During his 5 year tenure... What shall it lead to.

If the ratification resolution fails at the AGM of company then this amounts to casual vacancy. As per section 139(8) any casual vacancy, shall be filled by the Board within 30 days
