Dear Sir,
i want know that my client is bus ticket booking agent. he takes only few charges on ticket rate and remain give to the bus travel agency.
can any body tell me that service tax is applicable on bus ticket booking agent and give any refrence in brief

his portion of commission is liable to service tax subject to exemption of 10L
