Dear friends,
Recently I have started a newly business of imported wines. I import and sale to hotels, restaurant,clubs &etc. But my problem is, I have not Godown for storage. I am keeping all wines in custom warehouse and paying charges on monthly basis. I just want to know whether TDS applicable or not on warehousing charges

no TDS dedcution on payments to any government agencies....
