1.Applicability of Companies bill.
2.Which financial year the passed bill will applicable.
3.Like income tax for 2013-14 wether companies bill 2013 is applicable.
4.Which provisions will explian the above.

The Companies Bill is approved by only Lok Shabha and it is in the nature of Bill. Until it is converted in to Act if will not be applicable.
