Dear experts,
a company worker was critically injured during the working in company's production.therefore he is being treated on the behalf of company. i have two query.
(1)weather ST will be applicable on company or not
(2)weather TDS is to be made on payment made to Hospital or not if yes how much and which section cover......

1 ST will not be applicable as it is exempted for hospitals.
2 TDS applicable at 10% u/s 194J.
