Licence fee is paid by a private limited company to Metropoliton Transport corporation ltd. Is TDS applicable for such payment to corporation? If Yes under which section & Rate of Deduction?

Licence Fee does not fall under the TDS matrix.
Whether the payment is made to a corporation or any other person does not make any difference.
