which section will be applicable to deduct TDS, if A Company make payment to Bangladesh sports person as a brand ambassador for advertising in Bangladesh only, not in India, payment will be in $ terms, all the activity in Bangladesh only . Please advice urgently.

As this is a payment to non resident for services rendered out side India not taxable in India so no TDS applicable on this payment.
