Hello friends,
I want to know about the applicabilty of Tax Audit u/s 44AB in case of a person earning professional fees.Gross recipets are more than Rs. 15 Lacs for FY ended March, 2011.
The person was resident in previous year ended March, 11. However, he was Non - Resident for all previous years. Thus, not goverened under the Indian Tax Laws in all earlier years.

Every assessment year is considered separately from other assessment year , hence tax audit is necessary for the assessment year of 11.12
