Sir,
If person doing catering business then how to decide service tax and VAT applicability , turnover is more than 25 lakhs.

Sir but how to distribute total turnover in two parts on which service tax and VAT calculated.

Vat is payable on full amount and service tax payable on 40% value in case of AC restaurant and on 60% value on out door catering.
