Applicability of new rate of service tax

Please tell from when the new rate of Service Tax i.e. @ 14% will be imposed.

The effective date of 14% service will be notified by the Central Government after enactment of finance bill 2015. please check the link

wait for the official notification from the govt... until that old rate wil b continue in use
