Applicability of cst on discount allowed

If we sale the goods to party in other state by on CST Basis in the month of august'11. Now in the month of Nov'11 if We issue credit note for Discount Allowed then do we have to reverse the amount of CST also to the extent of discount given? please clarify the issue
