24 December 2015 We are into mobile / digital advertising. We deal with all the traffic , we are getting billing from vendor outside India . we provide our services to companys that are based outside India too. Is service tax applicable to our firm?What is the implication if we shift our operations in Singapore virtual space?What are the income tax imprecations?

24 December 2015 The taxability depends on the wordings of contract with your customer. Until you give that, we may not be able to tell if your activity is taxable or not

03 January 2016 Sir, We don't have any agreement with customer. We are buying based on requirement . Inventory is available on Internet . Does it cover under place of service??

16 January 2016 Inventory is the ads which we purchase online. We do customize the same n release in China . It not a product but service.
