03 October 2011 One of my clint(prop con) has sales of rs 35 lac for yr ending 31.03.10. for period 1.04.10 to 31.03.11 their turnover has crossed 1 crore . now pls state wheter liability to deduct tds will be applicable forom next year. or it will be start for this year.
