One of my clint(prop con) has sales of rs 35 lac for yr ending 31.03.10. for period 1.04.10 to 31.03.11 their turnover has crossed 1 crore . now pls state wheter liability to deduct tds will be applicable forom next year. or it will be start for this year.

The liability to deduct TDS will arise from the next year as the assessee has become liable for tax audit in the current year.
