01 August 2015 Hi,

We are having 30 employes in our proprietorship Business and some interns too.

I want to know whether pf act is applicable on us, moreover is there any criteria of salary to know whether pf act applies or not.

Is there any Ceiling Limit on salary to avoid pf deduction by employer.

01 August 2015 Pf act is applicable to you based on No. of employees. If all the employees are drawing salary of above 15,000 then pf is not applicable to you.
