fOR THE NEWLY INCORPORATED COMPANY , IT IS NOT MANDATORY TO FILE ADT 1 FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF FIREST AUDITOR.
aCCORDING TO SECTION 96 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2013, EVERY COMPANY SHALL HOLD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FROM THE 9 MONTH OF THE CLOSURE OF FINANCIAL YEAR/
AND AS PER SECTION 2(41) OF THE COMPANIES ACT, IF THE COMPANY IS INCORPORATED ON OR AFTER 1ST JANUARY, THEN 31ST MARCH OF THE NEXT YEAR, BUT IF COMPANY IS INCORPORATED BEFORE 1ST jANUARY, THEN 31ST MARCH OF THE COMING YEAR.
AND AS PER SECTION 92 OF THE COMPANIES ACT , EVERY COMPANY SHALL FILE ANNUAL RETURN IN FORM MGT 7 WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF AGM
