Dear sir,
I want to ask that my attemp is due on nov 09 in old course and if i cannot clear ca final than can i give my may 10 attempt in old course or i will transfer to the new course

First of all, think positive and try the best to clear the target, don't even think like above upto your examination.
You can not give OLD course exam in may 2010, means you have to register with new course, if by bad luck you can not grab your milestone.
