While filing the appeal before the CIT (A) the asessee has wrongly submited the photocopy of Demand Notice in place of Original One. Now on this ground can CIT A regect the appeal ?

Absolutely no. CIT (A) can issue a defect notice,to which the appellant should respond with in the given time.
