Hi, I and my wife both are accountants and providing bookkeeping and accounting services. I have few questions to be answered.
Q1. Can we both form AOP? The business income would be Accounting and allied receipts. Q2. I need to create this AOP so that it can be registered with GST. Now the reason for registering with GST is that some companies need GST billing and my some of the regular customers don't need GST billing.
If I register my self (individual) with GST I will have to charge GST to each and every client whereas if I form AOP I will bill only to those who require GST billing.
Is this approach correct? Instead of AOP I already have HUF can HUF also work as Accountant?

This approach is not right and HUF can't work as accountant. You register under GST and provide GST invoice for service rendered, who require GST invoice. Your wife not be registered under GST will provide service to those who don't want GST invoice( within threshold of 20 lacs). AOP registered under GST has to charge GST to all.
Thanks for the prompt reply. I think AOP would be best as I have some clients which should be billed under my name. So, in AOP I can include myself and my wife and at a later stage can I admit my brother or sister-in-law too? One more question Sir, can an NRI be a part of AOP?
