please clarify regarding mgt 7 & aoc4 form in MCA . use of this form and requirement . please reply

MGT-7 is the annual return and AOC-4 is the form for filing the financial statements of the company. Both the forms has to be filed electronically. Government has fixed a fee also based on the authorized capital.
