Form of Annual Return to be filed with the ROC in an electronic mode within 60 days of the date of holding of the General Meeting.
Form 20B for filing Annual Return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar to be filed within 60 days from the date of holding AGM.
Whether both of the above return are same? if the company suffice any one of the above requirement. is there any non compliance?

i) Form in which annual return is to be prepared is schedule V of the Companies Act,1956. This is to be prepared in paper format and a scanned copy in pdf format has to be necessarily attached with the form mentioned below. 60days duration has to be complied.
ii) Form for filing annual return by a company having a share capital with the Registrar is Form 20B. This has to be filed electronically with a mandatory attachment as in (i) above. 60 days duration has to be complied with.
