Annual report as per revised schedule vi

A company is private company and previous year(i.e 2010-11) it got loss and in current previous year(i.e 2011-2012) it gets profit How to draft Annual Report( for 2011-12) in the form of revised schedule VI? If have any private company Annual Report please mail(rajeshkumarjha22@gmail.com) me.

profit/loss in any year does not affect revised Sch VI presentation. Accumulated Profit/Loss will be reflected in the Shareholders' funds under heading Reservs and Surplus.
