Annual filing for the financial year ended 2014

13 April 2016 Sir,

Our company has not filed forms for the year ended 2014 and want to file now but as no 23AC 23ACA and 20B forms are available, what can be done in this regard.

So that company can file for both the financial year 2014 and 2015.

Please reply.

13 April 2016 For the year 2014 and 2015, Form 23Ac & ACA are not required, You need to File Form AOC-4 and MGT-7

13 April 2016 No. in AOC 4 it does not accept for the year ended 31.03.2014

13 April 2016 For F-Y 2013-14, the required forms are 20B, 23AC and 23ACA. Since 27-3-2016, these forms has to be necessarily filed as an attachment to e-form GNL-2.

14 April 2016 Sir as forms are not available at MCA portal, so we cant file for the year ended 2014. But sir can we do filing for the year 2015 before filing for 2014.

18 April 2016 Now ,MCA says form 20B, 23ACA, 23AC etc would be made available shortly for filing purposes. Users are requested not to file these forms as attachments with GNL-2 eform.

Can we do filing for 2014-2015 before filing for 2013-2014?
