Pls tell me know that is it necessary to submit annexure 19 every month (Export under LUT) what are the documents required to fulfill the annexure 19 & if export to EOU against ARE-3 then what documents are required to full fill the annexure19

Annexure-19 is required to file only merchant exporter under bond.
