NOW THE ST3 PENDING OF ANY ASSESSEE FOR THE PERIOD FROM APR-12 TO JUN-12 AND JULY-12 TO SEP-12 CAN BE FILED UNDER AMNESTY SCHEME ? PLEASE GUIDE ME

The scheme is only for default in service tax payments by the existing assessee or those who have not taken the RC from Oct 2007 to Dec 2012.
Please clarify whether along with return you are remitting tax arrears? If yes, you can file. Pl go thro this circular.

If you have not determined the service tax liability earlier then only you can avail the VCES.
