Kindly help me whether the Service Tax Rate amendment is implemented w.e.f 01.04.2015 or from 01.05.2015

it wil b applicable when it get notified by govt of india..
so til that use old rate

Then what about the Service tax return for the Q1 & Q2 submitted for FY 2015-16. Is there any option to add old service tax rate @ 12.36%
