Potr 6 has been deleted .
1. R the CSS also deleted ?
2. If no then How to apply st on CSS ? Should the 3 month clause of CSS be kept in mind ?

Though rule 6 has been deleted but the CSS has been taken care of in Rule 3 itself by means of proviso to clause (a) and (b) of said Rule...
