17 March 2011 Can a son take agriculture income in individual file if land is in name of his father

17 March 2011 clubbing provision will be atterect, therefore income will be clubbed in father's income.

17 March 2011 Dear Ravi ji question of clubbing provision does not arises as Land is in the name of the father and the the son wants to include the income in his individual file.
So land in the name of father and therefore income will be taken in the file of father only.

17 March 2011 agree with you sanjay ji, but i understand that right to receive of income is held by son.

if son have right of receive of income of land then clubbing provision will be applicable becouse land is in name of his father.
