If One Farmer purchase Vegitable From Whole Seller And Sale In Domestic Market. Then His Income Are Consider As Agreeculture Income Or Not? Als Ple Suggest The Tax Treatment?

the nature of sale purchase as asked is not agricultural income. it will be treated as business and profit earned shall be charged under the head profit and gains of business or profession.
