27 September 2012 How to calculate the AGM due date for a new company? It is 18 months from the incorporation date or 9 months from the end of the financial year whichever is erlier is it correct? anybody please tell me

28 September 2012 AGM due date shall be determined under section 166 read with section 210 of the Act.

Both provisions are to be taken with. Therefore, section 210 validity expires earlier so AGM due date shall be as per section 210 time period.
